BYU Ticket Marketplace
Resell your season tickets online or Buy others' premium seats!

Anyone may buy tickets online through Ticket

- Buy your tickets with confidence on the BYU sponsored Ticket
Marketplace.

Frequently Asked Questions--Selling tickets
-
Why would I want to sell my tickets?
If you can't make it to a game, you can place your tickets for sale on
the Brigham Young University Ticket Marketplace. Now you can easily sell your
unused tickets online on a Brigham Young University sponsored site.
-
What do I receive when my tickets sell?
Tickets may be posted for sale on the Ticket Marketplace and will be
sold for the price you determine (the "Selling Price"). For each ticket
that sells, you will receive a refund equal to 85% of the selling price as
outlined in the Terms and Conditions. Refunds will be issued using the same
method of payment received on the original season order and will be processed
within about 15 working days. You can review the status of your marketplace
account under "Sales History."
-
How do I sell my tickets?
Under "My Inventory," or home page, click Sell next to the game
you would like to sell tickets for. Set the key aspects of the ticket sale,
including: Specifying the tickets you wish to sell, the price you will sell the
tickets for, and how much in advance of the game you want the sale to
end.
Be sure to hold on to the tickets until further e-mail notice. If your tickets
don't sell, your original tickets are still valid and available for you to use
at the event.
-
What is a fixed price sale?
A fixed price sale allows the buyer to purchase the tickets instantly
at the price listed. The seller may post tickets at any price they choose.
-
How many tickets can I place for sale?
You may place as many tickets for sale as you wish; however, the total
number of seats for sale at one time for a specific event and the total number
of events you can sell over the course of a season may be restricted by Brigham
Young University. This means there may be occasions when you will not be able
to list tickets for sale.
When selling tickets for a specific game, note that if you have a large number
of tickets to sell, it may be best to sell them in several smaller blocks
instead of one large block.
-
How can I be sure that I placed my tickets for sale?
After placing tickets for sale, you will receive an e-mail message
confirmation. You can also review a list of tickets you have posted for sale
under "My Market."
-
What do I do with the tickets I've placed for sale?
You will be notified via e-mail when your tickets have been sold.
Ownership of the sold tickets will then be transferred to the ticket buyer.
After receiving notification that your tickets have been sold you must destroy
your season tickets for that game. If you or someone else attempts to use your
original tickets for admittance after they have been sold, all privileges to
the Ticket Marketplace including, but not limited to, buying and selling of
season tickets via the Ticket Marketplace may be revoked. If your tickets don't
sell you will be notified via e-mail and your original tickets will still be
valid and available for you to use at the event.
-
Will I be notified if my ticket sell?
Yes. When your tickets have been purchased, you will receive an e-mail
message confirming your tickets have been sold.
-
Can I cancel a ticket sale?

selecting "My Market." Choose the ticket sale you'd like to cancel and
click Withdraw Tickets. However, once a ticket sells you may no longer cancel
that sale.

If your tickets don't sell, you will receive an e-mail message telling
you so. Your original tickets will remain valid and can be used to attend the
event.
-
When can I place tickets for sale?
Brigham Young University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics will determine
the events that will be available on the Ticket Marketplace. In most cases you
will be allowed to post your tickets for sale to all events for which you own
tickets. When you post your tickets for sale you can designate when you would
like your ticket sale to end.
