Ticket Transfer

Convenient Way to Allow Others to Use Your Seats

Your ticket(s) may never have to go unused again!!

Instructions for using Ticket Transfer:

  1. The Ticket Transfer link above will access a Sign In page:
    • If you have already activated your online account, simply enter your e-mail or customer number and password.
    • Or if you have forgotten your password, click the link "Forgot Password" and enter the e-mail address on your season ticket(s) account and your password will be sent to you.
    • Or if you have never activated your online account, select "Link Your Account" under Existing Box Office Customer located on the bottom right-hand side of the page. Use the account number and pin number provided you through the Marriott Center Ticket Office. If you do not have your pin number, please call 1-800-322-BYU1(2981) Monday through Friday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm for assistance. Enter the required information and activate your account.
  2. Once you have logged in/activated your account, click on the link titled "My Account" located in the menu at the left of the screen.
  3. Select the link "Ticket Transfer" under Manage My Tickets/Items.
  4. You will then see a list of the ticket(s) available for transfer. Click the link titled "Transfer" below the ticket(s) you would like to transfer.
  5. Once you have selected the seat(s) you want to transfer, carefully type in the recipient information and their e-mail address (case sensitive). Pay the non-refundable transfer order charge or opt to have the recipient pay it and then click submit. You have now transferred your ticket(s). The recipient will receive an e-mail letting them know that you have transferred ticket(s) to them and they have 72 hours from the time of transfer to respond by either accepting or rejecting the offer.
  6. You will receive an e-mail notice of their acceptance or rejection. If the ticket transfer is accepted your ticket(s) are cancelled and the barcode is rendered useless. If you attempt to use your cancelled ticket(s) for admittance to the game after they have been transferred, ticket transfer privileges will be revoked.

How to cancel ticket transfers:
Ticket transfers can only be cancelled prior to the recipient accepting the transfer or after the recipient rejects the transfer. To cancel the transfer, select the link to Ticket Transfer, sign in and click the link titled "My Account" located on the menu at the left of the screen. You will then see a list of your available ticket(s).

  1. Select the link "Cancel Transfer" below the appropriate ticket(s).
  2. Check the box labeled "Ticket Information" and click submit. You will then be routed back to the page with a list of your tickets(s) and will given a message stating the ticket(s) transfer has been cancelled. After a ticket(s) transfer has been cancelled or rejected you may transfer the ticket(s) to another person or you may retain your ticket(s) and use them yourself.

Instructions for receiving transferred tickets:
The recipient will receive an e-mail that has an active link in the body of the message. The person will be instructed to click on the link and enter the e-mail address where the ticket transfer was received. Next, if they have an account they will be able to sign in using their account information. If not, they will need to create a new account by clicking on register new and entering their information. Individuals generally will be given various ticket delivery method options including Print-at-Home tickets delivered by e-mail. Once the person receives a confirmation page, they have completed the acceptance portion of the ticket sharing process.
