Ticketing Policy

EXCHANGES
Policy: Season tickets may be refunded in advance of the season otherwise, no refunds or exchanges.

HANDICAPPED OR WHEELCHAIR AREAS
Policy: Special seating is available for wheelchair, visually handicapped, and mobility impaired patrons.

Wheelchair area seating is provided for events held at the Edwards Stadium (130 total seats) and Marriott Center (45 total seats). A wheelchair patron is entitled to purchase 2 tickets in a specified area (one to accommodate a wheelchair and one for a guest in an adjacent folding chair.) Wheelchair area tickets are non-transferable and can be exchanged for a non-wheelchair area if the wheelchair guest is unable to attend.

WHEELCHAIR AREA
Public and BYU faculty-staff patrons in wheelchairs are able to purchase season seating on a renewable basis in specified wheelchair areas. Seats are reassigned yearly in student wheelchair areas. Tickets that remain after season sales are sold on a game-to-game basis.

VISUALLY HANDICAPPED
Season Tickets:
Visually handicapped patron requests are accommodated as seats become available in the preferred areas.

Individual Events:
Seating arrangements for visually handicapped patrons can be accommodated for most special events by contacting the ticket office prior to the opening of ticket sales. Following the opening date, every effort will be made to find suitable seating.

MOBILITY IMPAIRED
Patrons who are not confined to wheelchairs are accommodated individually in areas with easy access (such as no stairs, on an aisle, or near a walkway) as availability permits.

HOLDING OF TICKETS WITHOUT PAYMENT
Policy: Tickets may not be reserved or held without payment. Seats are only "held" upon purchase. Phone orders may be transacted with American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa. Mail or counter orders may be purchased with cash, personal check, cashier's check, traveler's check, American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa.

TICKET OFFICE HOURS
Policy: Regular Marriott Center ticket office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday with extended hours on event days.

TRANSFER OF SEASON TICKETS TO ANOTHER PERSON
Policy: Season tickets purchased by a company or individual in a specific name may not be transferred or changed to another party.

Exceptions to this policy are:
1. DONORS. Stadium or Marriott Center donor seats may be transferred to first generation children per donor policy.
2. DIVORCES. Seats may be transferred or divided among ex-spouses if both individuals agree and petition the ticket committee in writing.

Companies (donor or non-donor) that become defunct have their seats revert back to the University for reassignment.
