Online Payments of Charges on My Student Financial Account

1. eCheck (most preferred method)

• securely deducts payments directly from checking or savings accounts
• routing and account number required
• no eCheck payments from: mutual fund, money market, line of credit, or brokerage accounts

 

2. Credit Card/ Debit Cards

• ONLY accepts American Express, Discover, or Master Card
• 2.75% of the transaction amount will be additionally charged
• Visa NOT accepted

 

    Credit Card Refund Policy: Existing credit card regulations prohibit BYU from making a refund to you in cash or check when you make a payment by credit card and there is an adjustment made to the charges paid. When you pay by credit card and there is a reduction in the amount of your charges, we are required to refund the amount back to the credit care you used to make the payment. The third party vendor will not refund any portion of the service fee even thought a refund has been made to the credit card.

 

To Pay Charges on My Student Financial Account

1. Log onto Route Y
2. Click on  School
3. Click on My Financial Center
4. Click on Account Summary
5. Click the "make epayment" button next to the amount you are paying
