P-card Billing & Cardholder Addresses

BILLING ADDRESS

BYU has a corporate liability program with JPMorganChase for its Purchasing Cards.  All cardholders will therefore have the same “BILLING” address, requested by most card-not-present vendors for fraud prevention measures.  That address is:

PROVO, UT  84602

CARDHOLDER ADDRESS 

Each cardholder is set up with a “CARDHOLDER” campus address, which is also required by many card-not-present vendors.  Each cardholder can view their cardholder address by looking while in PaymentNet under the menu tab, and scrolling down to the employee’s PROFILE.  In addition to the address, the cardholder profile will show the phone number, email address, approver’s email address, transaction limits and default accounting information including operating unit, account and class.  Any changes to the profile information should be directed to the procurement card administrators.
